Jordana 12HR Made To Last Liquid Eyeliner Pencils Info & Review:
Cost/Availability: $2.49 (0.04 oz full size). Available on the Jordana Cosmetics website, at Walgreens, at Kmart, and everywhere else Jordana Cosmetics are sold.
My Rating: 4 out of 5 Kisses

Jordana's 12HR Made To Last Liquid Eyeliner Pencils are an intense, instant color eyeliner. Smooth-gliding liquid-like pencil that provides long-lasting results. Water and transfer resistant. Paraben-free. Made in the USA.

Available in six shades; I have all six shades and I think they're all nice to own - you have your classics and your pops of color. Of course the black - 01 Black Point - is the one to get if you can only get one, because you can always use a black liner, but I would also recommend one of the color options. Shade 03 Charcoal Definition is a really great shade if you want a softer look but still some darker definition. I love Jade Jewel - which is weird because I generally don't like green shades but I find it really pretty.

They are really creamy and some shades I found were softer than others and the tip actually broke when I swatched them. The shades that were softer/where the tip broke are Charcoal Definition, Purple Fix and Aqua Stone. They also didn't swatch as evenly as the other shades - but they are still workable.

They do have nice pigmentation, especially the black, brown and green shades - but I don't find them as pigmented on my waterline. I actually don't prefer them on my waterline, but I know I've read some reviews where people liked them on their waterline so maybe it's a hit or miss depending on you and your waterline.

I think these are really nice eyeliners; very creamy and glide on like a liquid-gel liner would. Easy to work with and if you wanted, you could smudge them out a bit - but you'd have to work fast because once they set they really don't want to budge.

Overall, I would recommend these. I think they're affordable, creamy, and are a great find at the drugstore!

Now let me know what you think...

  1. I just picked up the green and purple last night. I was very stocked about the quality! So creamy, easy to use and the lasting power is awesome. I also love the price and will have to pick up the ones I did not get.
